Al-Nasr Housing and Construction Company has signed a partnership agreement with Scope Properties to develop the Mokattam Corniche and terraces, extending over 1.75 million square metres.
The project carries an estimated cost of about EGP 32 billion, with projected revenues of around EGP 61 billion. It falls within the Public Business Sector Ministry’s strategy of making better use of state-owned assets through partnership with the private sector.
Signatories included Eng. Hisham Abu El-Atta of the Holding Company for Construction and Development, Eng. Mohamed Abdel-Maksoud of Al-Nasr Housing, and Eng. Abdel-Rahman Al-Suwailem and Eng. Alaa Khedr of Scope Properties.
