Speaking to Asharq Bloomberg, Mamdouh Al-Sharhan, Chief Executive of Scope Saudi Arabia — the Al-Suwailem Group parent company of Scope Properties in Egypt — said real estate opportunities in Egypt are substantial, and that the company’s presence there strengthens the diversification of its portfolio.
He added that Scope has plans for regional expansion into the Sultanate of Oman and Africa.
