Alaa Khedr, managing director of Scoop Real Estate Development Company, said that his company is currently negotiating with a number of international banks that have strong commercial relations with Egypt to obtain financing to cover the foreign part of the Mokattam Corniche development project.
During his speech at the real estate development conference organized by Al Mal GTM newspaper, he added that the company is working with all its energy to export real estate from this project, especially since there are many factors that help in that, including its proximity to Cairo Airport.
Khader pointed out that the company’s current efforts focus on severely hedge against the repercussions of the liberalization of the exchange rate on the Mokattam Corniche project, which is being implemented by Scope .
