Scope Properties has announced A40, a commercial centre and the company’s flagship first project on Cairo’s Mokattam Plateau.
The centre spans 14,000 square metres across a ground floor and four upper storeys, comprising retail units, administrative offices and medical spaces. It sits within the wider Mokattam Corniche development of approximately two million square metres, with investments exceeding EGP 200 billion, delivered in partnership with public sector company Al-Nasr Housing and Development.
The company described the project as a destination combining business services, shopping and entertainment, with Foster + Partners appointed on design and Hill International on project management.
