Scope Properties, part of Saudi Arabia’s Al-Suwailem Holding Group, has signed a project management agreement with Hill International for the Mokattam Corniche development.
Managing Director Eng. Alaa Khedr said the partnership continues the company’s strategy of building alliances with international expertise houses and localising knowledge transfer. Eng. Walid Abdel Fattah, Hill International’s Senior Vice President and Chief Executive for Africa, said the agreement forms part of Hill’s expansion in the Egyptian market, citing a record of more than 10,000 projects.
The mixed-use development spans roughly two million square metres, overlooking the Giza Pyramids, the Salah El-Din Citadel and Fatimid Cairo, at an estimated cost of EGP 32 billion and a projected market value of about EGP 61 billion.
