Scope Properties has announced cooperation contracts with leading local and international consultancy firms to deliver and supervise the Mokattam Corniche development.
Managing Director Eng. Alaa Khedr signed with Active Brains, headed by Dr. Sherif Abdel-Baki, covering geological, geophysical and geotechnical soil studies specific to the Mokattam area. A further agreement was signed with ICE, headed by Dr. Osama Aqeel, for traffic and roads consultancy, to safeguard traffic flow and design a road network proportionate to the scale of the project.
Citing the priority placed on environmental matters, Khedr also signed with Tawfik for environmental and community consultancy. Scope had previously appointed Hill International as project manager.
