Bulk excavation is under way across the BeauRivage Plaza footprint in Mokattam. A fleet of tracked excavators fitted with hydraulic breakers is working the limestone bedrock, with spoil graded and stockpiled on site as the dig advances toward formation level. Survey control has been set out along the site boundary, and levels are checked as each section is taken down.
